Prerequisites
- There are no prerequisites to take up the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification exam. However, it is recommended to attend the Scrum Developer Certified (SDC)TM course before attending the SMC training

The exam is taken on your own after successful completion of the Certified ScrumMaster course. Your Certified Scrum Trainer will register your attendance on the course with The Scrum Alliance and you will receive an email with your Scrum Alliance membership details and an invitation to take the online exam.
